Boodarian was identified through surveillance footage and cellphone data. He has been charged with two counts of murder, burglary, and special circumstances. He is currently being held without bail and is expected to appear in court on August 20.

The murders came just days after a suspicious incident at the couple’s home. On July 10, police were called to the address after someone was seen jumping the fence onto the property.
